Establish programs to provide facilities in order to encourage and foster the prevention of cruelty to animals and promote animal welfare through public awareness and education

Develop programs that further a trusting relationship and  confidence between the rescued equine and humans
 
Incorporate educational programs and interactions between the horses and humans; THR provides Therapeutic Riding programs for disabled children, adults and assists their families

Maintain a volunteer program where participants will assist in providing daily care and maintenance at the facility; also offer participation of trained volunteers to assist in the Therapeutic Riding arena
